My GS1 is coming

This summer we will be updating our website, including the current member area

This new member area will be known as My GS1 and will be the place to manage your membership, access My Numberbank and all the essential tools you need.

Why are we doing this?

All our IT systems are being overhauled to create one seamless platform, which will help improve how we support our members.

What does this mean for me?

It's likely that the website will be unavailable for a short while before we launch the new platform, so you will not be able to access your account or My Numberbank during this time.

The most important change is that you will need to reset your password to access your account on the new website.

Our support team will be on hand to help if needed.

What should I do now? 

There’s nothing you need to do right now. We will be updating this page with more details in the coming weeks. Look out for our emails about My GS1, with all the important dates and information you'll need.
