Navigating the opportunities of a new landscape
Our strategy, budget and annual operating plan, are reviewed and approved by a Supervisory Board of elected members.
Our board members are representative of the industries we work with and come from large organisations and SMEs.
This board is elected each year at the AGM. The board then meets at least five times a year, keeping on top of changes and exploring new strategic opportunities.
Like most companies, we have an operating board of passionate and committed staff directors. They handle our day-to-day running in their specific roles and meet at least once a month to take reports from the various GS1 UK groups.
